Flashscore has surpassed 155 million monthly active users (MAUs) and 400 million app downloads following last year’s acquisition of BeSoccer.

In what the affiliate has hailed as a “major milestone”, the markers were hit in October and come 12 months after football scores platform BeSoccer was snapped up in an undisclosed deal.

When Flashscore acquired the Malaga-based BeSoccer in November 2024, it noted the affiliate had around approximately 25 million monthly visitors at the time.

Management noted that BeSoccer, along with its Soccerway and Tribal Football arms, have added more than 30 million users to its ecosystem.

On 26 October, Flashscore and BeSoccer set a new single-day traffic high for the platform with 48.5 million users and almost 2.6 billion views.

The performance was supported by Real Madrid beating Barcelona in El Clásico in La Liga that day, with the game becoming the second-most popular game in Flashscore history, as 14.7 million people followed the clash.

Barcelona’s Champions League semi-final second-leg match against Inter Milan in May remains the most-popular game.

Football content drives the majority of Flashscore users globally, with more than 65% of traffic, followed by tennis (10%) and basketball (9%).

The platforms said Brazil, Italy, France, the UK, Poland and Germany frequently top the monthly user counts.

Nigeria and the US are reporting “rapid growth”, the Czechia-based business added.

Pavel Krbec, Flashscore CEO, said: “All our investments in modern technology and product portfolio, as well as our daily work, are directed toward a single goal: delivering key sports information to fans around the world at the moment it matters most.

Ana Chapado, BeSoccer CEO, added: “One year under one umbrella with Flashscore reflects both the strength of our football-focused platform and the power of joining forces with a global leader.

“Together, we’re building something truly special for football fans around the world.”
