Swintt CEO David Mann has announced he will be taking on a new role in January after six-and-a-half years at the supplier.

The outgoing CEO was hired by Swintt as a business development director in May 2019 before being promoted to chief commercial officer in December 2020.

Mann was made CEO in August 2022, replacing David Flynn in the hot seat.

Before Swintt, Mann spent time in senior sales roles at Wazdan and Spigo. He has been based in Malta since 2014.

In his LinkedIn post Mann wrote: “It’s been quite a journey. From the early days of building the furniture and signing our first partners to growing a team that pushed the Swintt brand into the market, expanding into new jurisdictions and seeing our games live with some of the biggest operators in the industry.

“I’ve been fortunate to have the support to grow professionally and eventually lead the business.

“There were plenty of challenges along the way, but they became milestones – achieved together with the many great people who joined for the ride.”

In September, Swintt’s owner Glitnor Group announced it had secured a £48m investment from HG Vora Capital Management. Bosses said the funding package was intended to facilitate expansion and M&A.

In another executive exit, evoke’s chair Lord Mendelsohn stepped down with immediate effect last month after five years at the helm.
