Big Daddy Gaming nets Swedish licence

Slots studio Big Daddy Gaming has received approval from the Swedish Gambling Authority (SGA) and obtained a gaming software supplier licence.

The company is also in the process of securing its Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) licence, as part of a continent-wide strategy to become a “trusted content partner”.

Erland Hellström, Big Daddy Gaming CEO, said: “Securing the SGA licence is a major validation of our compliance standards and technical readiness.

“Sweden is an essential market in our growth strategy and securing this approval allows us to immediately begin servicing our operator partners here.”

Yggdrasil partners with Merkur in Serbia

Yggdrasil has entered into an agreement with Merkur in Serbia.

Via MerkurXtip, customers will have access to Yggdrasil’s game library, including MexoMax 2 and Bob Marlin Goes Splashing.

Jose Kadala, chief commercial officer at Yggdrasil, said: “Serbia represents an important growth market for us, and this deal demonstrates our commitment to providing operators with exceptional player experiences across regulated regions.”

Nenad Aleksić, head of online casino at Merkur, added: “Yggdrasil’s reputation for creating engaging, high-quality gaming content make an ideal partner for expanding our offering.”

Booming Games pens SportPesadeal

Booming Games has announced a strategic partnership with Africa-facing operator SportPesa.

The supplier said the integration of its slots into SportPesa’s platform was part of its mission to expand its footprint on the continent.

Solomon Godwin, head of Africa at Booming Games, said: “We’re delighted to continue our expansion in the African betting markets, and SportPesa’s strong and trusted brand will only enhance these possibilities.”

Paul Wilson, senior product manager at SportPesa, added: “We are very happy with the new partnership with Booming Games. Offering their immersive, dynamic and vibrant games to our customers is exciting.”

Abelson Sports strikes BETBYpartnership

Abelson Sports has agreed a new deal with BETBY to supply its full suite of goalscorer and card markets to the sports betting supplier.

BETBY will integrate both pre-match and in-play markets offered by Ableson Sports as part of the deal.

Simon Temple, Abelson Sports COO, said: “BETBY is one of the few suppliers truly pushing the boundaries of sportsbook innovation, so aligning with them was an obvious move.

Sergey Tsukanov, chief sportsbook officer at BETBY, added: “By integrating Abelson’s player props, we’re enabling our partners to tap into that engagement and offer markets that reflect how users actually watch and enjoy football.”

Evoplay enters US lottery market

Evoplay has officially entered the US lottery market, a move which the studio has described as a “major milestone”.

The supplier said it was now poised to form partnerships with American lottery operators, having already released Adrenaline Rush with the DC Lottery.

Ivan Kravchuk, Evoplay CEO, said: “Entering the US regulated market marks a defining moment for Evoplay. It’s a step we’ve prepared for carefully and we’re excited to finally bring it to life.

BETER approved in Indiana and Iowa

The Indiana Gaming Commission and the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission have given the green light to BETER to provide its Setka Cup table tennis content to licensed operators in both states.

Gal Ehrlich, BETER CEO, said: “Securing approvals in Indiana and Iowa marks another important milestone in our expansion across the US, a market where we are already seeing strong demand for our fast-betting content, particularly the Setka Cup.
