PrizePicks has partnered with Kalshi to launch a prediction market platform on the PrizePicks app, including sports event contracts.

PrizePicks customers will now be able to engage with Kalshi’s markets directly via the PrizePicks app.

PrizePicks’ prediction market offering will go live in 38 states and Washington DC, although not all of those jurisdictions will have sports event contracts made available.

The sports event contracts, which will be housed under the ‘Team Picks’ hub, will be available in 15 states.

Those include Texas and Georgia where sports betting is not yet legal. California is not included under the Team Picks banner.

“Customers can experience the excitement of predicting team outcomes, from individual match-ups to season-long futures like win totals, playoff chances and championship winners,” PrizePicks said.

The ‘Culture Picks’ banner will include markets on “music, movies, politics and more”, the Atlanta-based operator confirmed.

PrizePicks recently secured its FCM approval, allowing it to partner with a designated contract markets (DCM), in this case Kalshi.

Earlier this week, PrizePicks announced a partnership with Polymarket to bring the prediction market’s contracts to the PrizePicks platform.

Polymarket has yet to officially return to the US. EGR understands that when Polymarket does return, PrizePicks will house contracts from both entities.
