Marvel’s Miles Morales is finally set to make an appearance in Fortnite , but the new Spider-Man skin won’t be available for a while yet.



Several rumours and leaks later, it has been officially confirmed that Marvel’s Spider-Man Miles Morales will finally receive his very own skin in Fortnite. 



In Chapter 3 Season 2, Spider-Verse villain Prowler joined the game, setting the stage for the arrival of Spider-Gwen two seasons later through the battle pass. 



Finally, after a long wait, Epic Games is introducing the animated movie version of Miles Morales to the battle royale. 



So, let’s find out when you can get your hands on the new Miles Morales Fortnite skin and how much damage it’s likely to do to your wallet. 



Miles Morales skin release date in Fortnite



The release date for the Miles Morales skin in Fortnite hasn’t been officially confirmed by Epic Games. However, according to leakers, it’s speculated that the skin will be available in the Item Shop around June 8, shortly after the release of Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse. 



The crossover has been confirmed through a series of teases on Fortnite’s official social media accounts. 



The movie itself is scheduled to hit theatres on June 2, while the current Fortnite season concludes on June 9, after a slight delay. 



The Miles Morales skin is said to also arrive with an alternative look where the hero’s mask is off.



There will also be a Spider-Verse inspired Put ‘er There emote available, which you can see below, courtesy of well-known leaker ShiinaBR.

How much will the Miles Morales skin cost in Fortnite?  



While Epic Games hasn’t made an official announcement regarding how to get the Miles Morales skin, it’s expected that it will be offered as a standalone bundle in the Item Shop, available for purchase at the price of 1,500 V-Bucks (around £10). 



Alternatively, there’s a chance that the outfit will be included in the battle pass for the next season. If that’s the case, you’ll need to purchase the battle pass for 950 V-Bucks (around £6) to unlock the skin.  



You can also expect a bundle of Miles Morales cosmetics to sell for around 2,500 V-Bucks (around £14), or so. 



None of this is officially confirmed yet but based on how previous additions have worked it’s very likely to be accurate.
