Season 2 has officially launched in Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2, adding a new face as well as fresh looks for existing operators.  



Call Of Duty players had to wait a bit longer for Season 2 to arrive than they expected but now it’s finally live and has brought with it new weapons, modes, and the chance to meet Daniel ‘Ronin’ Shinoda. 



Operator Ronin’s arrival was unofficially confirmed all the way back in December, when artwork from Season 2 was uncovered by leakers . 



He’s not an entirely new face to the franchise, as Ronin also appeared in the original Modern Warfare and Warzone and became a bit of a fan favourite.



How to unlock operator Ronin in Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2  



Getting your hands on Ronin is much easier compared to other characters, which often require you to complete high stakes missions to unlock them. 



Players who purchase the Season 2 battle pass or battle pass bundle will gain immediate access to the B0 bonus sector featuring Ronin. 



As usual, this season’s battle pass costs 1,000 Call Of Duty points, which works out as £8.50 if you choose to buy the points bundle.

Here are all the post-launch Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 operators and how to unlock them: 




Zeus: Purchase the Season 1 battle pass 



Messi, Neymar and Pogba: Purchase their limited-time bundles 



CDL Operators: Purchase CDL Team pack or Launch pack 



Gaz: Complete the Atomgrad Special Ops raid or purchase his bundle 



Klaus: Purchase the Klaus bundle 



Ronin: Purchase the Season 2 battle pass

How to unlock the König, Roze, and Kleo skins in Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 Season 2



Besides Ronin, you can also unlock three new operator skins for fan favourite characters König, Roze, and Kleo. 



Here are all the new skins and the battle pass sector you’ll find them: 




Expedition König operator skin (Sector B3, HVT) 



Sheathed Blade Roze operator skin (Sector B10, HVT) 



Gozen Kleo operator skin (Sector B8, HVT) 




You can unlock König’s skin quite early on your battle pass grind (pic: Activision)



Again, to gain access to these skins you’ll need to climb up Season 2’s battle pass.



Apart from Ronin and the new skins, there are also rumours about a familiar face from Modern Warfare 2 returning to Ashika Island in Warzone 2. 



While this hasn’t been confirmed yet, keep an eye out for the identity of the mysterious leader of Shadow Company.
