Epic Games has finally confirmed when Galactus will debut in Fortnite , but what he’ll actually do is still a mystery.
Fortnite players have always known that Galactus, Marvel’s Devourer of Worlds, would arrive in the game at some point. The question was always when.
At long last, Epic Games has confirmed just that. In only a week’s time, on December 1, Galactus will officially descend into Fortnite for what is being described as the one-time only Nexus War finale event.
While this also heralds the end of the Marvel-themed Season 4, it’s still not clear exactly what Galactus will do.

Will he consume the entire map? Are players expected to work together to fight him? It looks like it will be some sort of cooperative event, considering a recent tweet mentions working together. For the time being, it seems Epic wants to keep players in the dark until Galactus actually arrives.
All Epic recommends is that players download the latest update and arrive at least an hour before the event starts, which is at 1pm PT/4pm ET/9pm GMT.

In the meantime, players who may have missed it can now get a Venom skin from the in-game store and enjoy playing as one of Spider-Man’s most dangerous villains.

Though, bizarrely, Spider-Man himself is still absent from Fortnite and with the Marvel event set to wrap up very soon, fans may have to wait even longer before he swings in.
Fortnite is available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PC, and Nintendo Switch.
