Streamer Tfue collapses after being hit by huge wave while skimboarding
Tfue met a very nasty wave in Mexico (Kick)

A video shows a massive wave catapulting Tfue into the air while he was skimboarding in Mexico, leaving him collapsed on the beach bleeding.

Before his brief retirement from streaming last year, popular Fortnite content creator Tfue was at one point one of the top streamers on the Twitch Gamers Rich List, which estimated that he made over £1 million from subscriptions .

Tfue is now back in front of the camera, but he’s made some changes, as he’s now streaming on Kick, instead of his previous home on Twitch, and is focusing more on exploration content than playing Fortnite.

When he decided to retire he said it was to live his life, and Tfue seems to have picked up a new hobby doing so: skimboarding (where you run and jump on the board on wet sand, and glide into the water). But things really didn’t go well when he showed his fans his new skills on ‘one of the most dangerous shore breaks in the world’.

A clip from a recent stream of his shows him running towards the water, before gliding into it and getting on a small wave.

As the wave fizzled out another, huge wave came up behind him, catapulting Tfue into the air.

Tfue ran back to shore holding his lower back, clearly in pain, before collapsing to his knees on the beach.

He later got up on his feet again and said he was fine, but added on Twitter: ‘I’ve never been slammed that hard before. Luckily I can still walk.’

His girlfriend revealed that Tfue was bleeding from where his body met the water.

Tfue is currently in Mexico, where he’s mainly doing exploration streams for his fans, and decided to go skimboarding in Cabo San Lucas.

He knew what he was getting into, however, as he said on Twitter before his recent stream: ‘Surfing the most dangerous shore break in the world.’ You can watch the incident in the clip below.
