A fan video depicting Dr Disrespect’s feud with Twitch was so good that it got a standing ovation, and the streamer now wants it on Netflix .

Dr Disrespect got his start in streaming at Twitch and quickly became one of the platform’s most popular characters, before mysteriously being banned from the site, with no public explanation, in 2020.

Now he spends his time streaming on YouTube , where he often plays first person shooter Call Of Duty : Warzone, and heading a new games studio developing an extraction shooter called Deadrop.

His move to YouTube doesn’t seem to have hurt his fame, as one fan has made a video, about him and his feud with Twitch, that is so good Dr Disrespect wants it made into a show on Netflix.

The six minute animated video shows Dr Disrespect escaping a fictional Twitch base on a motorcycle, being fire at by sentry guns.

He’s then chased through a city by helicopters and SUVs, on his way to his own headquarters, the Champions Club.

The video was so impressive that Dr Disrespect, who reacted to it during his livestream, gave it a standing ovation, saying, ‘What a movie, huh?’ and, ‘That’s what it’s about right there.’

He also said he was ‘ready to watch the full season on Netflix,’ and his fans very much agreed.

The video was made by Chris Cook, who states that he made it to showcase his 3D skills, ‘summarising Dr Disrespect’s streaming career in a Matrix/Cyberpunk world.’

Despite numerous rumours and theories, fans still don’t know exactly what happened between Dr Disrespect and Twitch in 2020.

Dr Disrespect filed a lawsuit against the streaming platform and two years later, in 2022, shared a picture on Twitter saying : ‘I have resolved my legal dispute with Twitch. No party admits any wrongdoing.’

It’s possible that part of that resolution was an agreement not to discuss the details in public, so we may never know the truth.
